Wonderful staff! They noted the tweaks that are needed. We will stay again!!
EDUARDO!!!The staff was WONDERFUL!!!! Eduardo was at the front desk and was always so nice and accomodating and took care of every request we had, and we had many!! He went above and beyond every task, and he speaks English too! He helped set our TV and room safe, and brought us extra chairs etc. Claudia was so sweet from the kitchen and Maria worked hard to serve food. In all EVERYONE on staff was EXCELLENT!!!
There should be more options for breakfast and include toast and jelly. Maybe a buffet would be better so staff can maintain workload volume in a more timely fashion as guests would self serve and staff only need to replenish buffet with food and utensils. Suites MUST have more chairs even if stackable plastic to accommodate guests family visitors etc. suites MUST have toaster, coffee makers and fully equipped kitchens with all utensils and pots and pans. Bathrooms need hairdryer, and receptacles in shower to place soap and shampoo etc. All lighting should be checked and working before guest check in, and outlests in suites and hot water in bath sink should be working. Also table lamps in the living area would be moe pleasing.

A great trip in a fantastic building with great staff. Five stars.
I really enjoyed the attentive staff and location. It was right across the street from a super mercado. I like the security and safety. The building was quiet and the staff was excellent.
